- Out of stock: if a nursery sells out of your item, we'll refund that item in full to your original payment method.
- Arrived dead or damaged: covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee. Send a photo within 3 days.
- Cancellations: you can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Bare-root pre-orders can be canceled until January 1.
- Returns: live plants can't be returned for buyer's remorse.
- State restrictions: if an item can't legally ship to you, you'll get a full refund.
Refunds usually post within 5-10 business days.
